Sometimes policy change is about designing solutions and conceptualizing change. On paper. Sometimes you can make change in concrete ways: by pounding a hammer, sawing some wood and building a house!
SPPG Alumni get that both approaches of change are important. So, we have organized a Habitat for Humanity build.
Want to roll up your sleeves and give back to the community? Well, this is the perfect chance! We have organized a Habitat for Humanity Build.
Where: Victoria Park and Danforth (the site is 5 minutes from Victoria Park station)
When: Saturday, April 28th, 2012, from 8 am to 4 pm
Cost: $75 per person. Don’t let this stop you! The donation is tax deductible and a fundraising page will be created on the Habitat for Humanity website that can be shared with friends and family.
