The College is seeking a Professional Practice Analyst to complement a three-person Analyst team and work as part of a larger Professional Practice department. Reporting to the Director of Professional Practice, you possess a solid understanding of and experience in the early learning and child care sector, have demonstrated experience conducting research and enjoy outreach activities.

IPAC is seeking three volunteer experts in the areas of gender, policy and labour markets. Suitable candidates should have a minimum of five years’ related experience in the respective areas of expertise preferably at a senior level and the ability to travel internationally. International experience (especially within Africa or Nigeria) would be a definite asset. The assignment would include a total of up to five short-term (1 week) missions over the next three years; occurring approximately 6 months apart.

The research assistant’s main task is to contribute, at the request of Committee Directors or Senior Management, to the research necessary for the drafting of Assembly reports and other documents such as background information documents and drafts of speeches.
